Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase or availability

Subscription Services:

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime
Refunds are prorated based on unused portion of service
No refund for past months of subscription use

Mastermind Groups and Group Programs:

Full refund if canceled 30 days before the start date
No refund once the program has begun
Case-by-case consideration for extraordinary circumstances

Certification Programs:

100% refund if canceled 14 days before the start of the program
Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the program
